The process begins with a careful choice of raw materials: only quality vines, full of juice and flavour, such as Riesling and Müller Thurgau. Then, after soft pressing and short fermentation (not too long, so as not to lose the peculiar original vine flavouring) the next step: distillation. Discontinuously, by using small copper kettles. The result? A fine, flavourful distillate.
